Renewable Energy Report 2025
The conference for the presentation of the Renewable Energy Report 2025, the annual observatory on renewable energies realised by the Energy & Strategy research group, was held at the Politecnico di Milano. It was a valuable opportunity to take stock of a growing sector: 2024 has in fact confirmed an increase in the installations of generation plants from renewable sources, particularly in utility-scale photovoltaics.
Experts and operators in the sector discussed the effects of recent reforms, the current regulatory framework, the trend of the Levelized Cost Of Electricity for photovoltaics and wind power, and the 2030 scenarios for the spread of renewable sources in Italy.
EF Solare Italia participated with Michela Demofonti, Head of Institutional Affairs & External Communication, who in the panel “The regulatory framework of RES, between incentives and new mechanisms” presented the point of view of a leading operator in the photovoltaic sector.
