In the scenic setting of Villa Erba, on Lake Como, EF Solare Italia took part in the event “The Great Energy Challenge: Innovative Solutions Fueling Progress”, organized by SAFE Risorse con Energia, on the occasion of the Closing Ceremony of the 25th Edition of the SAFE Master in Energy Resource Management.
The event was part of the international conference “ComoLake 2024”, a platform for dialogue among more than 160 experts from around the world, including representatives of governments, international organizations and agencies, as well as representatives of the public sector, universities, and the media. The discussions addressed strategic topics such as energy and sustainability, mobility and transport, networks and infrastructure, and artificial intelligence.
Mara Ricotti, Head of Personnel Administration & Talent Acquisition at EF Solare Italia, took the stage to award Matteo Piccioni and Gaia Scorsoni, former students of the SAFE Master and now new members of the EF Solare team, working respectively in the areas of Energy Management and Asset Management.
Currently, the renewable energy sector in Italy employs over 75,000 people, but significant growth is expected by 2030, especially in the photovoltaic sector. The training of young talents plays a crucial role in its development.
