ACCADEMIA DEL SOLE – CONSORZIO ELIS
Accademia del sole is a technical training program designed to train future technicians responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar PV plants. The program consists of 5 months of full-time lectures and a 4 to 6 months practical on-field traineeship. The course contents are designed in collaboration with partner companies to address the specific needs of the market and to value the skills of each participant.
EF Solare Italia is one of the main partners of the program. The group believes in the need to train professionals with the specific skills required by the dynamic PV sector. We are actively collaborating on many fronts with Consorzio Elis, the non-profit organization behind Accademia del Sole.
