Sistema Scuola Impresa
EF Solare Italia took part in the launch of the “Sistema Scuola-Impresa” project, a Pathway for Transversal Skills and Orientation (PCTO) promoted by ELIS in collaboration with two educational institutes in Puglia and Campania. This initiative represents an important opportunity to connect schools with the world of work, offering students a practical and educational experience.
Our colleagues Marco Ranno, Leonardo Altamore, Giovanni Cicero, Pasquale Turchiarelli, Luca Crisetti and Antonio Vaccaro, experts in the utility-scale photovoltaic plant sector, will be involved in the project as “Masters of the Trade”: professionals tasked with sharing the company’s values and know-how with the students.
These experts will guide students in the development of real projects, becoming a valuable point of reference for them. The goal is to support young people in discovering their talents and to provide concrete guidance for their future careers. At the end of the training program, there will be the opportunity to carry out an on-site internship.
EF Solare Italia actively contributes to the success of the “School-Business System” project in the areas where it operates, thus confirming its commitment to the technical and professional training of the new generations.
