In his speech,’Utility scale Solar PV: best practices, optimization, and integration in the electricity system’, Angelo Pignatelli shared EF Solare Italia’s experience in overcoming challenges in solar energy production, repowering large-scale solar plants, and integrating solar systems into the national grid, with a particular focus on the opportunities disclosed by the adoption of agrivoltaic systems and the progresses through the goals set by the Italian 2030 NECP.
