Isabella Gastaldello - People & Organization
Isabella Gastaldello is People & Organization Director of EF Solare Italia.
With a degree in economics and business from the University of Verona and a master’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Management and Development, she has gained solid experience in strategic organization, human resources management and change management. He began his career in leading consulting firms, such as Deloitte and Reply, where he managed and coordinated complex HR projects in HR strategy definition and implementation, organizational planning and alignment, process review and redesign (BPR), contract management, models for overcoming resistance to change, implementation of competency models , talent management, internal communication, training, performance management and compensation & rewards.
In the following years, he then moved to the structured company, typically listed, and in 2014 became Group HR Manager for Falck Renewables. She managed site and plant HR strategy and policies, and was involved in creating corporate welfare policies and CSR projects through corporate volunteering activities to develop and support local communities.
She then entered the ICT and Logistics world until joining the EF Solare Italia Team in March 2024 as People & Organization Director.
